Return Eligibility

  • You may return most new and unused items within 7–10 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, unassembled, and returned in the original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and parts.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Items received as damaged or defective must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Limited Return Items

  • Products damaged due to improper use, negligence, or accidental damage.
  • Items without original packaging or missing components.
  • Products purchased under clearance, promotional offers, or marked as “Final Sale".

 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
  •  Shipping, handling, or COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  •  For delayed refunds, check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

  •  We only replace items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.
  • To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Exchange shipping costs for non-defective items may be borne by the customer.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped yet.
  • Once dispatched, the order will be subject to the standard return process. 

 Warranty Claims 

  • Some products may include a limited manufacturer’s warranty. Please retain your purchase invoice as proof for warranty claims.
  • Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and not to damage caused by misuse or accidents.
